Custom Criteria

Issue achievements based on custom criteria you can define. Use this criteria to issue achievements such as: "awarded to learners for completing a project in computer science"; "awarded to learners for completed a project demonstrating programming as a skill"; "awarded to educators for running at least 3 experiences for learners"; or "awarded to employers for successfully running at least 1 project".

Use fine grain criteria such as project category, industry and more.

Who can earn achievements?

Anyone! Create custom achievements for you learners, educators, or employers participating within your portal.

What sort of criteria can I set for awarding achievements?

There are 100s of combinations of criteria possible, but it boils down to selecting an object like a submission or survey response, then an action such as created or published, then a count (how many times does this action need to be completed), then adding any qualifying criteria such as specific categories of related projects.

What can someone do with their awarded achievement?

First and foremost is that the achievement is displayed on their Riipen profile which they can share with the world. Additionally, users can choose to export their achievements to other websites like LinkedIn, or if their portal is integrated, they can have their achievements automatically be added to other credentialing platforms such as Credly. This helps educators and schools build ecosystems of credentialing which benefit all users and can tap into existing credentialing infrastructure they may have.
