The Energy to Digital Growth Education and Upskilling Project (EDGE UP) program helps displaced oil and gas professionals transition to tech-focused careers through work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences. Employers in Calgary's tech ecosystem benefit from accessing individuals with diverse skillsets and fresh perspectives. EDGE UP partners with Riipen and ICTC to offer WIL opportunities, providing a talent pipeline for businesses to grow and stay competitive in the tech industry.
