Fanshawe partners with Riipen to make work-integrated learning more accessible
Fanshawe College has partnered with Riipen to offer accessible work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences to students in Ontario.
Fanshawe College has partnered with Riipen to offer accessible work-integrated learning (WIL) experiences to students in Ontario. Selected as part of the RBC Future Launch program, the collaboration connects students with employers on Riipen's platform, providing real-world feedback and course credits. Over 90% of Riipen students report improved employability skills.
“The Riipen platform has allowed the Advanced Ergonomic Studies program to reach companies and industries that we would never have even known existed,” added Allison Stephens, professor and program coordinator, Advanced Ergonomic Studies at Fanshawe.
