George Brown College has utilized Riipen's online platform to provide over 3,000 students with remote work experience. The Level UP program allows students to gain real-world work-integrated learning, earning a $1,400 stipend per 80-hour project. The initiative has resulted in successful partnerships between students and employers, enhancing students' skills and confidence.
“The Level UP program provides valuable experiences for our students. Learners get to put skills they’ve developed in class to use in real-world situations, and they also gain confidence by providing solutions for employers,” said Dario Guescini, George Brown College’s Director of Work-Integrated Learning, Experiential Education and Global Mobility.
