Heather Workman, WIL Coordinator in the Co-op & Career Development Centre, who has been instrumental in integrating WIL into the college’s programs, champions this collaboration. By leveraging Riipen’s innovative platform, Langara will provide students across various program areas, including Human Resources Management, Data Analytics and Visualization, Latin American Arts & Culture, Social Sustainability, Science & Engineering Communications, and Engineering Design, with course-based internships. These initiatives, driven by Langara's commitment to innovation, are designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application, inspiring and motivating students to be well-prepared for the workforce.
