Where It Starts: It Takes a Good Job to Build a Better Career

In January, CAEL and Truist Foundation unveiled the Where It Starts: Build Better Careers Initiative, funded with a $15.7 million grant. This ambitious six-year endeavor, initially focused on Charlotte, Memphis, and Miami, aims to connect over 6,000 adult learners to careers in finance, insurance, and related fields.
