Client Advocate - Industry Customer Success

As a Client Advocate, you will be working with Riipen’s post-sales team. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer support will contribute to our rapidly growing experiential learning marketplace – helping students throughout North America connect with some of the world’s most exciting companies. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of diverse organizations (start-ups, SME’s, non-profits etc.) and be responsible for onboarding their team to the Riipen platform. You will help our clients brainstorm, create, and connect to the right experiential learning opportunities.

You will build relationships with our customers through phone calls, virtual demos, email and LinkedIn. You will work with our industry partners to identify their goals and educate them on what types of experiential learning opportunities could add value to their businesses. You will proactively help our industry partners learn to use the Riipen platform and will make regular recommendations for project opportunities that align with their goals and initiatives. Additionally, you will work with various teams at Riipen to solve our customers’ pain points and deliver solutions to drive results.

SDR/BDR - Connecting Associate

As a BDR, you will be working with the Riipen Founders and the Industry Sales team to educate organizations (start-ups, SME’s, non-profits) on the benefits of project-based experiential learning and identify opportunities to close annual industry subscriptions. Your passion for connecting with people will directly contribute to growing North America’s fastest growing experiential learning marketplace and creating thousands of real-world experiences for students. In this role, you will be working to prospect, qualify and close industry platform subscriptions.

You will engage and build relationships with inbound industry sales leads through phone calls, emails, virtual demos and LinkedIn. You execute professional discovery calls to educate industry partners on the benefits of experiential learning and how Riipen’s technology supports their engagements. You will identify which subscription tier best serves the needs of the prospect and close them on an annual plan. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams at Riipen to solve problems and increase the overall value to our clients.

Growth Co-op/Intern

As a Growth intern, you will work directly with the sales and marketing operations team in order to develop and implement strategies including but not limited to sales strategy, sales enablement, demand generation, and marketing automation to help Riipen achieve its mission of ending graduate underemployment. As a fast-growing company, you’ll be providing critical support to enabling Riipen to reach wider audiences.

In addition to learning and executing sales and marketing operations strategies, as the Growth intern, you will gain a broad understanding of operations at a tech startup by working closely with our sales and client success teams as well as using our tech stack. Finally, you’ll develop both qualitative and technical skills, including strategic research, data analysis, and processing.
