What is the easiest way to onboard my learners to my experience?

The easiest way would be to use the copy-able instructions with an access code. Simply copy the instructions and send them to your learners via any means.

What integration possibilites are there for onboarding learners?

There are several: integrate with your school's LMS via an LTI assignment link to your Riipen experience which will automatically onboard learners and place them in your experience; use a full LMS integration to allow advanced feature sets such as roster syncing; or use the Riipen developer portal to build your own custom integration with code or code-less platforms.

What are the best onboarding options for a large scale experience?

Aside from integrations, Riipen offers two large scale onboarding options in the form of imports and learner requests. Imports allow you to import learners from a CSV file directly into your experience with no limits on number of learners, where the source of that CSV comes from, or how frequently you want to import. Learner requests allow learners to request access to your experience while also being forced to answer any custom questions you may have form them. These requests can be reviewed by experience administrators and can be used as a type of application or screening system.
