Every experience put onto Riipen can specify a list of custom questions which potentially matching projects must answer. These questions can be used to filter and further expand upon the requirements necessary for your experience and can help you make easier decisions when it comes to what projects are a good fit.

How can I effectively negotiate the details of a project with an employer?

By using the "propose changes" feature you can submit suggested changes to any of the project details you wish including deliverables, learner tasks, and more. The employer can review your suggested changes as they review the match request and can choose to accept, decline, or to propose even further changes to the project details.

How can I proactively reach out to companies with projects I already have in mind?

You can always use the "propose project" feature to any company on Riipen. Proposing a project allows you to draft a project for the company who can than take it on and accept it as part of the match making process with one of your experiences.
