Every project put onto Riipen can specify a list of custom questions which potentially matching experiences must answer. These questions can be used to filter and further expand upon the requirements necessary for your project and can help you make easier decisions when it comes to what experiences and learners are a good fit.
How can I effectively negotiate the details of my project with an educator?
Remember that educators are providing learning opportunities to their learners, so they may want to make adjustments to any project to better facilitate learning objectives. You can use the "propose changes" feature to submit suggested changes to any of the project details you wish including deliverables, learner tasks, and more to better facilitate this negotiation. The educator can review your suggested changes as they review the match request and can choose to accept, decline, or to propose even further changes to the project details.

It's always good to go into matching with educators with an open mind.
